鋼(gang)鐵行業(ye)(ye)是我國大氣污染的(de)重要(yao)來源。為了深化工業(ye)(ye)污染治理、堅決打贏藍天保(bao)衛戰,生態環境部會(hui)同(tong)有關部委研究發(fa)布了《關于推進(jin)實施鋼(gang)鐵行業(ye)(ye)超低排放的(de)意見》。深入推進(jin)鋼(gang)鐵行業(ye)(ye)超低排放,將在帶動鋼(gang)鐵行業(ye)(ye)升級轉(zhuan)型的(de)同(tong)時(shi),尤其是鋼(gang)鐵廠區域大氣環境質量持續,經濟(ji)向增(zeng)長轉(zhuan)變。
超(chao)(chao)低排放推動了(le)鋼(gang)鐵行業大氣(qi)污染治(zhi)理技術的(de)全新變革。近年來,在鋼(gang)鐵企業、院所、環(huan)保公司的(de)共同努力(li)下,攻克(ke)了(le)一(yi)個又一(yi)個鋼(gang)鐵行業煙氣(qi)治(zhi)理的(de)難(nan)題,超(chao)(chao)低排放技術及工(gong)程應用取(qu)得了(le)重大突(tu)破。
鋼鐵廠燒結機頭靜(jing)電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是按100毫(hao)克每立(li)方的排放(fang)標準設計,無法滿足目前(qian)的環保要求機頭電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)進、出口煙道(dao)布置(zhi)不(bu)合理(li),造(zao)成除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)電(dian)場內(nei)氣流分布不(bu)均(jun),電(dian)場內(nei)產生(sheng)二次揚塵(chen)(chen)影響效率(lv)。
隨著電(dian)除塵器運行時間的延(yan)長,極(ji)板、極(ji)線腐蝕變形,極(ji)板積灰,振達設備老化(hua),以及燒結機(ji)煙氣自身特性,造(zao)成除塵器除塵效率不高(gao),影響排(pai)放。
鋼鐵廠靜電除塵(chen)器(qi)維修改造(zao)內(nei)容:
電源改造
將原電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)第三、四電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場共(gong)四臺單相整流(liu)(liu)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)換為高壓(ya)脈(mo)沖(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)MPS。MPS采(cai)用雙電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方式。即直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)與脈(mo)沖(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)疊(die)加。實(shi)驗表明,除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)可(ke)以通過(guo)改變(bian)(bian)脈(mo)沖(chong)頻率(lv)在很寬的(de)范圍進行調節。這對于捕(bu)集(ji)高比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)是非常有利的(de)。在高壓(ya)脈(mo)沖(chong)的(de)作用下使高比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)顆(ke)粒的(de)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)速率(lv)及在極(ji)板上的(de)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)速率(lv)增(zeng)加,創造極(ji)板吸附多粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)顆(ke)粒的(de)機會(hui),高比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻顆(ke)粒粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)反(fan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈現象(xiang),達到提高除塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv)的(de)目的(de)。
除塵管道改造
拆除(chu)原管(guan)道(dao)進、出風(feng)(feng)口(kou)(kou)處彎頭,另增加(jia)煙箱分(fen)(fen)配(pei)器(qi)(qi)。除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)入口(kou)(kou)及出口(kou)(kou)改造后煙箱管(guan)道(dao),由Y型改為干字型,封堵(du)原進、出口(kou)(kou)水(shui)平煙箱分(fen)(fen)配(pei)器(qi)(qi)盲端,并加(jia)500*500*10mm方格加(jia)強筋,鋼板(ban)厚度不小于10mm:封堵(du)進風(feng)(feng)口(kou)(kou)與原煙箱分(fen)(fen)配(pei)器(qi)(qi)之間、出風(feng)(feng)口(kou)(kou)與原煙箱分(fen)(fen)配(pei)器(qi)(qi)之間的直徑3400mm管(guan)道(dao),封堵(du)鋼板(ban)厚度不小于10mm并用加(jia)強筋加(jia)固。
靜電(dian)除(chu)塵器本體改(gai)造
1:換陽(yang)極頂(ding)部(bu)輔(fu)助振(zhen)(zhen)打(da)系統的(de)振(zhen)(zhen)打(da)錘,共200套,增(zeng)加錘的(de)重量至7.6公斤,提高(gao)振(zhen)(zhen)打(da)強度,減少極板積灰,從而提高(gao)除塵效(xiao)率(lv)。
2:增設聲波清灰器(qi),電除(chu)塵器(qi)頂部(bu)16臺,側部(bu)12臺,灰斗16臺,聲波清灰系統 氣源---過濾器(qi)---減壓閥---電磁閥---聲能器(qi)---諧振(zhen)桶--電除(chu)塵器(qi)。前半部(bu)屬(shu)于氣路集(ji)中控制系統。
3:調(diao)整(zheng)極(ji)(ji)線的(de)直線度,檢查,換缺(que)損電(dian)場極(ji)(ji)線:調(diao)整(zheng)陽極(ji)(ji)板(ban)平面(mian)度,陽極(ji)(ji)板(ban)附(fu)著(zhu)粉塵層:調(diao)整(zheng)極(ji)(ji)間距、陰(yin)陽極(ji)(ji)振打(da)系(xi)統及(ji)電(dian)場振打(da)時間。換破損的(de)陰(yin)、陽極(ji)(ji)振打(da)砧。
4:增加(jia)預荷(he)電(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi),即在一(yi)(yi)電(dian)(dian)場前(qian)加(jia)設一(yi)(yi)排陰(yin)極線,陰(yin)極線采用(yong)BS型(xing)芒刺線,布設在一(yi)(yi)電(dian)(dian)場端大框架上(shang),使(shi)粉塵(chen)在進入一(yi)(yi)電(dian)(dian)場之(zhi)前(qian)就(jiu)荷(he)上(shang)電(dian)(dian),被前(qian)一(yi)(yi)、二塊陽(yang)極板收集(ji),充分發揮陽(yang)極系統的收塵(chen)作用(yong),提高陽(yang)極板的收塵(chen)效率。
5:在每個出風口內增加一套出口迷(mi)宮式阻塵槽型板(ban),減少(shao)二次(ci)揚塵,同時(shi)增加對末端(duan)電場細微粉塵的手機。
6:增加(jia)頂部電(dian)器設(she)(she)備防雨棚,加(jia)強電(dian)器設(she)(she)備的維護管理。
